Hi!
I've some nice NOS Z80 clone from former East-Germany:
Standard type: MME UB880D
High Speed version: MME UA880D
Military version: MME VB880D
very early version: MME U880D (rare!)
Prices: Complete set: 14 USD + shipping. Single chip: 5 USD + shipping.
U880D: 18 USD /piece + shipping.
MME UB880D is also available as strange amateuer version (labeled S1). These CPU failed some tests in the fab, were marked with S1 and sold to amateurs. UB880D S1: 5 USD + shipping. There were no UA880D or VB880D S1.
