I have the following processor in collection:
It supports the 4x multiplier and runs flawless at 160 MHz. The cache is reported as 16 kB by several diagnostic programs.
Is it a misprint? Is it rare? |

It's very strange since dx4 does not have multiplier x4
and marking says it has only 8 kB cache,
may be used diagnostic tool was wrong? |

I don't think that the tool was wrong. All DX4 i have are reported as 8 kB, but not THIS part.
To me it really seems to be a DX4 labeled X5. Also the package number 25544 is usually seen on X5 processors. |
