Pentium TT-80502-75 Mech Sample Q0564 Smile and the other two are from the Pentium TCP Heatsink Qualifications. There were a few loose die that may have fit in the center one. The one on the right is a complete mystery since the heatsink is a pretty odd shape.

It's amazing to think that the wires on the Q0564 remained in this good of shape all these years. I believe Lither found one of these on a board awhile back. I have really fallen in love with the TCP package, especially NOS.

I cant remember from when I had lost connection with imageshack website. ! only a red cross that's all in my eye lol
