Can anyone advise me on how to recognise the difference between a Thoroughbred "A" and Thoroughbred "B" AMD Athlon XP CPU by their part number, please?
Ebay have loads of Atlon CPUs for sale but as my mobo won't accept Thoroughbred "B" type I want to be sure I'm getting the correct item TIA |

Look at the steeping code, example:
AIGUA : Thoroughbred A
AIUHB : Thoroughbred B
the last letter will say to you the type it is.
