Nice board. It's probably D/A converter or could even be A/D converter.

228PP2 - primitive D/A converter. Homemade datasheet http://www.155la3.ru/datafiles/k228pp2.pdf
228SA1 - analog comparator
228KN1 - analog switch

243 is rarely used TTL hybrid logic series
243LA2 - 2x 3NAND
243LA4 - 2x 2NAND with expansion

More of 217 series http://www.155la3.ru/k217.htm

From datecodes on modules, this is a mid 80's board, but it looks much more old fashioned than that; in very classic Soviet style! Smile

The little letter tells that it was made 1984. And it's sealed in original package. So if anyone wants to have it, let me know. I don't need it icon_crazy
