A buyer from Italy named Luigi (I don't think it's a member from here?) bought some chips from me in a recent Ebay auction I had.
After I sent the chips, he claimed to Paypal that he never received the package from the US (after only like 4 days!) and now Paypal has taken $45 from my paypal account until the issue is resolved.
I spent a lot of time responding and after trying to "Send" my last long response today, I got the unpleasant error message that I had "timed out"! Grrrrrr...
I tried to find the Paypal phone number to complain and there is no number to be found on their site!
Mad as h*ll, I turned to my friend, GOOGLE, and he helped me find ALL the PAypal (and EBAY) numbers I will ever need.
Here are the numbers we all wished we had when we were steaming pis**d at Paypal---ENJOY!
http://www.screw-paypal.com/paypal_contact_information.html
I called one of the customer service numbers and got hold of a very pleasant lady in Omaha, who helped me finish my claim response on the phone and then she submitted it for me.
I could have gone all the way up to the President of Paypal with this list if I needed to!
Any other sad Paypal stories that you want to post here? _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |

Why don't we use GoogleCheckout here instead, for instance ?

Well, I just got this message from Paypal about the chips I sold to Buyer in Italy>>> I lost.
"After careful consideration of the evidence provided in the case detailed
below, we have completed our investigation and decided in favor of the
buyer. Under terms of our User Agreement, we have debited the following
amount from your PayPal account as a refund to the buyer."
Apparently, this buyer has done similar things to some other members here.
My only hope is that he will finally get the chips and let me know...
Thanks for trying anyway, ISA-D. _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |

His nick name on this forum is dudunene. Please do not send not tracked - not registered mail to him. I'm sorry to tell it publicly but better to tell than have eventually problems on PayPal dispute. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
