Two fairly similar types. Have, Intel 530.
800 MHz bus, 1M cache, 3.00 GHz 32 bit core with hyperthreading.
Want, Intel 521.
800 MHz bus, 1M cache, 2.80 GHz emt64 bit core with hyperthreading.

Both types would be 775 socketed types with power dissipations of 84 watts general listing and 100.5 watts max but I`ve noticed that the 3.00 GHz processors dissipate noticeably more heat than their 2.80 GHz relatives.
