| I also have a amd chip that has the lid and a number like this on the backside. So i am also sore it is at least an AMD chip |

On the chip I have there was a "full size" heat sink with the logo printed on it. My chip is in absolutely bad conditions and I only kept it to reming me that there is this package (die at the backside) existing. The heat sink fell off by itself...
So as it covers the whole chip there's no need to print anything more on it than what is necessary in the fabrication process.
