I got these funny looking chips at 2009, but can not find any info from internet. Sad and I guessed they are RAM module.

I opened one yesterday, but no idea what is it too.

nice multichip work....

no idea what may is,,,,but looking have not ram only but cpu-logic inside...maybe pc on a chip..... very very interesting where this come from?
any for sale????

Indeed, I got the answer today Wink . I took some high resolution picture with another DC, finally find the exact model, like isa-d said that it is a ROSS HyperSPARC CPU, exact model is a RT620 CPU.

Pin count is very small for a CPU, is normal in a Ross SPARC?
