I got these funny looking chips at 2009, but can not find any info from internet. and I guessed they are RAM module.

no idea what may is,,,,but looking have not ram only but cpu-logic inside...maybe pc on a chip..... very very interesting where this come from?

Indeed, I got the answer today . I took some high resolution picture with another DC, finally find the exact model, like isa-d said that it is a ROSS HyperSPARC CPU, exact model is a RT620 CPU. _________________ Yan |
