My CPU temps seem to differ during the seasons. Meaning, During the colder seasons, My room is cold aka, my computer temps are lower and what not. Now since its getting hotter, my room gets hotter and all, and my temps start to raise. Usually the CPU temp is around 50 degrees cels., But today its around 75+. highest it hit today was 85-87. I was just wondering when should i start getting worried and adding a big fan pointing to it or something like that.
Just wanted to know in advance and all.
Thanks
Please dont bash.
EDIT: Btw, Im, using a Intel Quad Core @ 2.34GHz non-oc'd |

Depends on your room's temp.
If you misplaced the heatsink you pretty much get higher temps.
Maybe you could check if you did it right, and or remove it and put some new thermal goo.
You get plenty of guides on the net for that |

Sounds like your computer needs a good internal cleaning. Get some canned air and blow out all air intakes and heatsinks. If there are filters present, remove them and vacuum off the dust. 75C+ is unacceptable. _________________ "Have you scanned the RAM timings for Operator's Headspace??
