Hi newbie here... is the P60 and 66Mhz CPU considered rare?

I seem to recall that the 60 and 66 were replaced by Intel under their recall after the math unit was not 100% accurate. I assume this means that not many 60s are in the wild these days?

Reason I ask is that I have several of each Very Happy

It depends on what version of P60 and P66. The versions before the recall are rarer than the later versions and the ceramic (non goldtop) versions and the PCPU5V versions are rarer still.
The most recent versions (without the fdiv bug) are the most common and quite easy to obtain.

What is the sspec of your ones? eg SX948, SX828?

Of the 60Mhz's I have handy, I have:

SX835
SX948
SX948
SX950

I have two 66Mhz that both say
SX837

(though oddly the number on the bottom gold area does not repeat SX837 but 1 says E 415 and the other E 418)

The two 66Mhz SX837's do have (on the top gold plated part) the words

intel(R)
pentium (TM)
P R O C E S S O R

The 60Mhz SX835 does not have P R O C E S S O R on it.
