Probably not. 8086 chips in PLCC package usually have 44 pins, your chip has 84.

I looked at two other unindentified chips at your website, and they are:
MC68340RP25C - 25 MHz 68000-compatible microprocessor with a lot of peripheral stuff on the chip in Plastic PGA package.
IBM 50G6950 - probably 486SLC2 CPU in 386 package, it has 80386 core.
