I ran across this board in my collection the other day, with a pair of 1402A's sporting the full Intel logo:
I know there are also 1601's with "intel" on the lid... Any others?

I have only been collecting a couple of years but I have two of them:
These are both on my site: http://www.vintagechiptrader.com/Collection.htm
I seen a couple in the Intel Collector's Guide as well.
