I'm currently trying to list memories on my website. I already entered Intel ROMs, PROMs and EPROMS, and while beginning to look for EEPROMS, I found very little few kind of models, especially if you compare it to EPROMs : 2808, 2809, 2816/2816A, 2817/2817A, and... that's all ! Am I missing something or Intel really made only few EEPROMs ?
I know that Intel's eeprom business was sold long time ago (before 1988), but I'm surprised that Intel only produced 8K and 16K eeproms.

Anyone knows more about that ?

Thanks.

From TOP2004 programmer supported device list:

____EEPROM-INTEL
i2816, i2816A, i28C16, i2817A, i28C17, i2864A, i28C64, i28HC64

Oh, and then there are bizarre NVRAM's 2001 and 2004.

Well, I doubt Intel really made 64Mb versions, nor CMOS versions of its EEPROMs.
Has anyone an Intel data catalog or memory catalog with Intel's EEPROMs,, from between 1982 and 1988 ?

I used the Intel Timeline as a first draft for listing Intel's memories. But lot of models are missing. And then I used datasheetarchive.com. And then collectors sites. But almost none has eeprom...

Btw, thank you very much for the ebay link (I didn't think about searchin on ebay..) : there is a 2864 for sell right now : D2864A-25 so it exists...! But I don't know which models, except the -25, has been released.

Many thanks for the infos, John.
Is it from an intel catalog ? If yes, could scan me the 2864 chapter or first pages, or at least tell me the read access time and the read cycle time of the different models ?
Thanks.

So, could you send me the 2815 and the 2864 datasheets please (mixeur at x86-guide.com). Or if you don't have it in numeric format, could you tell me what is 2815, and what are the access and cycle time for 2864 (read). I guess that 2864-25 is 250ns of access time, 2864-30 is 300 ns, and 2864-35 is 350 ns but I would like a confirmation.
Many thanks for your help.
