It all depends if you have a motherboard, whether it supports socket 939 or 757. If you haven't purchased a motherboard yet, I'd go with the 939, more pins means more bandwidth. So you get better performance Cool

everything looks good except the 3000 processor. Can you tell me how much you're paying for the processor? I can try to find you a better one for a lot cheaper

Right now on pricewatch.com you can get that 939 cpu for 71 British Pounds. But for now let's forget that this price ever existed because you'll want to upgrade for the same amount of money you were going to pay before Wink

Now over here http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=120422

you can buy an Athlon 3200 64bit 939pins for $180, and instead of paying $215(114 British pounds) for a Athlon 3000 you can upgrade and save money!!! By doing this, you get a faster and better processor but spending $35 less ( 18.5 British Pounds less ).

Yes I outdid myself, thank you, thank you Very Happy

CPU-Shack has an excellent service to buy things from websites that ship only to the United States and then reship them to other countries. Hope this helps !

Paul

Edit: I Put the wrong link, fixed it now. Sorry!

WOW 137 British Pounds! That's 259 US Dollars, you can buy the 64 3500+ for that same amount of money.
Ok if you want to buy a 3200+ 64, which would have cost you 137 Pounds will now cost only 95 British Pounds. Do you have MSN or anything like that? I can help you out through there a lot faster

Thanks

yes the 3200+ runs at 2.0 ghz, and the 3500+ runs at 2.2ghz
