Thinking about OCZ Revodrive which inserts into PCI-e slot. How can I tell if my old MB (Asus Striker II formula) or other I may have to buy will boot from this buss? Having to buy a new MB certainly raises the cost/GB ratio, doesn't it.

Thanks, Bill

Not entirely sure, but don't those drivers also act as a regular IDE controller? They should be able to boot just like the one on your motherboard.

Thanks, but ocz states that you must be sure the MB is able to boot from PCI-e!
