I bought myself a pentium 4 engineering sample, the Pentium 4 561. 3.6GHz 64bit enabled with 1mb of cache. I can't wait to see how this baby performs! I don't think it's even out yet. No reviews, nothing for sale. I tried newegg, with no luck.
Now that intel is keeping track of their employees that have the ES chips, you'll most likely not see another ES like this for a very very long time. |

$300 isn't a bad price at all, it's actually really cheap. I sold my 560J for $280, so basically I paid $20 to upgrade to 64bit, and have the ability to acheive a very high FSB, thus ridding me of the videocard bottleneck
The guy had buy it now for $300, free shipping, but a reserve of $270 + 10 shipping. I had to have it |

intel in 64 bits mode performs very poorly compared to a athlon64 in 64bits mode... |

hehe then what? They will send their ebay and intel police to confiscate the processor from the seller? They are unable to do anything further than repeatidly send emails, anything more than that would be illegal. |
