Hi,
I am looking for russian ic catalog in Internet. I was searching but could not find anything satusfacting. Can you share me a link or maybe some files? I am interested mostly in digital chips, but analalog will be usefull as well.

Well, it is not a catalogue, but a sortiment of datasheets:

Unfortunately its only in Russian language..
Here you can also find lists of equivalent russian digital ICs (but in German language):
http://www.glaeserium.de/html/su-sys.html
