I picked up a couple of these because they looked neat.
About the same size as the CLCC's I seem to like.

Fujitsu CDR
TA53535-B004
9902
12159 and the other one says 12722

Any idea what they are and does anyone collect them?
I liked the way the bottom of the chip looked. The leads
on the sides of the chips are "scraggly" though.

What might a nice "hybrid circuit" look like?
That might be good to know before I perform
an operation on one of these chips. Smile

That looks like a work of art. I would love to get one like this. I don't want to hijack this thread, so maybe we can open a new one - Hybrid chips pictures?

I don't have a can opener that small. Cool

Any suggestions about how to open them?
