GPS CLCC's?

I thought these were interesting and I think they are CLCC's.
Are they?? Same size and shape as my Intel, AMD and Siemens
CLCC's but without all the pretty gold leads on the bottom.

ppphaaahhh so nice chips...but i hate not know what is...or where they come from...
an other custom chip from speific work i imagine....

This chip should be a hardware corelator to acquire GPS signal and data.
