Intel I5 661 VS AMD Athlon II X4 635

Hey guys (and girls) um I'm looking to get a new CPU for my system and I was just wondering which is better out of the two as they are in my price range. Could someone please tell me in a simple list which is better at what e.g. Multitasking- (Name of the best cpu) and which is better overall. I will be using the computer for everything but most importantly games (Yes, yes I know I should get the intel I7 chips instead but the p55 motherboard is flippin too big) and I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit ( By the way the cpu would go along with DDR3 1333mhz ram and a NVIDIA 9800GT graphics card) any help is much appreciated.
Oh and I forgot to add I want to play Starcraft 2 on the highest possible settings with the least amount of lag which is better?
