Hello,
found this vintage Unibus board in a lot of gold recovery items won on Ebay. The background reads "HIGH SPEED MOS MEM MAT". Apart of some Texas Instruments TTL, the chips are Intel P1103 DRAMs (the 1103 was the first IC DRAM and one of the very first Intel's products) and Intel 3207-1 gray-traces version. These chips look dirty because I had to remove a layer of black paint (purpose unknown). This is a unusual Unibus card (for which machine?): there aren't the ordinary Unibus module "handles" in the top. Maybe a Intel product? I don't know; IMHO, it's indeed a nice memory card and I like to share the picture with you. I'll add to my museum's website soon.

I saw that lot when it sold, i was tempted myself to bid on it, but I am glad you won it as I could see the intel chips but had no idea what kind of chips they were exactly. And if I remember correctly I only saw one board with Intels on it. That is one excellent looking board _________________ "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once."
