But are you sure it is an embedded model? I think this one is an early mobile model. The embedded line came out after these. I also think they used this type of package in prototyping (for performance benifits and control). |
Voltage is too low to be a normal K6, and the code BCZ IS in the datasheets _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

Exactly
Cisco Cache Engine CE505 with CPU AMD-K6 (model (rev. 12) AuthenticAMD
Cisco Cache Engine CE505 with CPU AMD-K6 (model 7) (rev. 0) AuthenticAMD
Ithink the Cisco 2600 has the K6
THe ME1100 has a 374MHz K6-3 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

As i work with Cisco routers on a daily basis i have to check our basement at work! I think there is a bunch of them down there and i think there are some 2600 also. Is there more specific model names/numbers for those routers?

I need to know 100% if the cisco cache engine ce505 has this AMD cpu in it, I know someone that has a bunch of dead but complete cisco routers and I sent an email to see if he has one. If there's one available I would definately not mind taking a 20 minute trip down there for this chip |
