IF you need to buy something from Inbus Engineering on eBay, use Bid Assist.
DO NOT bid on their items yourself.
They are a govt contractor and are now monitored by the FBI for ITAR compliance.
They have had some 'issues' with some buyers (some I know from here lol)
so in the future, use Bid assist. It will be better for you, I assure you.
Furthermore, if you are using chips in a non-collector way, I am not responsible
