I need identify IBM CPU's POWER? 186? 68020?

Hello,
i need identify some CPU's from IBM AS/400 machine and "insert modules" for this computer.

68-pin CPGA chip with Intel logo is 186? Speed is?

Motorola gold chip is MC68020? Speed is?

White ceramic is POWER? On ceramic is 77G2693, on AL-heatsink is 26H4544. Speed is? (on board is 100MHz oscilator).

The Motorola chip is 20 (R20)

The IBM is interesting because of the "IBM 51"-marking.
IBM-chips mostly wear "IBM93", I guess it indicates the factory.
A picture of the whole board and of the board P/Ns would
help much to identify the chip!

IBM CPU is 625-ball CPGA. I think, that this is one of first RS64 CPU.

By part number, 44H548, I believe it's an AS/400 model 400 CPU card
processor it's an early Cobra with 625-contact and measured 32 mm by 32 mm
right?

I agree it is most likely a Cobra/A10-processor,
the predecessor of RS64.
