I have two unknown chips. One is Motorola ZC404906CFN and the other Olivetti CF31100 with Ti logo. What might they be?

Hi,
Olivetti = custom IC (likely a gate array, it's a TI's CFxxxx).
Never seen one like this before. Very nice.

Motorola ZC404906CFN is probably MCU /ECU MC68HC11E9 or MC68HCP11E1
