Hello,
AFAIK this big and very nice hybrid is a cache and memory controller used in several vintage Data General Aviion M88K-based servers and workstations (AV5500 and others).
See this nice picture: http://badabada.org/images/av5500_mainboard.jpg. Your module is at the center of the board pictured there.
Nice addition to Your museum.

Hi Paolo
Thanks for the picture.
Seem that I get in the same time the two Motorola without
the heatspreader
XC88410RC50D and XC88110RC50E

You've got the P80 for a nice price if it was really in good shape!
Qwerty is the proud owner of a P100E/E now!
Since the seller also offered a lot of trays and multiple P90's
I think there is a good chance that all P90's are NOS! _________________ Ordem e Progresso |
