Comparing two CPU Perf

Hi !

We need to know what are the main difference between E2160@1.8Ghz and E5300@2.6Ghz.
Both are dual core.
These CPU are used in the Pro Netgear NAS.
E2160 is the old one and E5300 is the new.

Both NAS are avalaible on the market.
Does The 5300 is really better ? Or 2160 is still hot ?

The E5300 is faster (of course)

E5300 has double the cache size compared to E2160

Probably the E5300 has lower idle power consumption due to 45nm process (E2160 65nm)
