I find a Cyrix 6x86-P150+ different from the chip on the CPU-world.Mine has four aluminium on the cap.
Who can tell me something?

I think that it depends on the fab who made it...for example the later MII from National semiconductor look different from those made by ST or IBM. The core should be the same.

Btw, it always surprised me that a design could change, Cyrix seems to sell only the core design and let the chipmakers decide how to implement it, is it so?

IBM had the most flexibility in HOW they made Cyrix chips.
ST made Wafers and then sold these back to Cyrix or IBM.
The Wafers were useing a Cyrix layout etc. ST was allowed by contract
to keep 50% of the wafers for their own CPUs.
