cyrix 5x86-100 sample?

just picked it up this morning. the seller said it is a cyrix G5F9548A/5x86-100 sample chip. any ideas?

my 5x86-100GP with heat-sink is G5F9547C .. so same die revision and a week earlier

normally 586 with factory installed heat-sinks, also have the printing on the top of the chip

hehe I saw that auction, it is likely not an ES, as its production code is in the middle of other production ones and says nothing special.
