thanks, comrade!
however it was meant for one of my remote servers... on socket 939, and after i got it i found out that its nto fastest cpu for s939 DOH! turnes out fx60 is fastest (if you are using apps that utilize dual core) or fx57 if single core.
now i am looking for one, but jeez... prices are @#%*$ up pretty good - almost 200$ ( as minimum) for such thing - certainly not worth it at this time.
