Looking for s775 Cedar-Mill core CPUs from specific batches

I know people around here have wide access to various CPUs, may be someone has what I need.

Any model from above will satisfy me as long as it meets the following:
- if it's a C1 stepping, the FPO (batch number) must be in the range of (5625-5630)B(000-999)
- if it's a D0 stepping, the FPO (batch number) must be either 5634B(000-999) or L(701-704)C(650-750)

FPO is highlighted on this picture, in case someone doesn't know that that is
