That's the only info I could find on this chip.

BTW, I like your chip. Mine is purple ceramic/black top.

There's similar "nanoprocessor" used in HP 98034A HP-IB Interface. It's part number is 1820-1691. Here's the manual:

I was mistaken, it has gray ceramic, not purple ceramic:
