Hi all, I had 2 dead K6 (a 166 and a 350) lying around for some time so I decided to open them...it's amazing to see the die shrink

ive had similar pictures on my site for a while
i think the largest die ive seen on any processor so far is the original athlon core (.25m) .. its enormous. it would have been half the size of the cartridge at .35!
also what happened to that poor k6! both of the ones in my pics still work too |
