I have 3 of Toshiba's first produced e-prom ( TMM121-1 ) available for trade or sale (they are presently sitting at AVICC)
Toshiba first produced e-proms in the middle of 1974 for use in their TLCS-12A (T3190) computer. In the following years they incorporated them into other electronic driven equipment.
These particular e-proms had more humble beginnings in a paper tape driven CNC produced by Toshiba.
While the TMM121 is the same capacity as Intel's 1702, the organisation is 512k x 4 as compared to the 1702 of 256k x 8
Two of the e-proms pictured are not available, as they were used to complete existing on-going trades.
My preference is for trade, but they will be available for sale at $26
I commissioned the services of AVICC CPU Cleaning Inc to do the initial cleaning of the e-proms, but further careful cleaning with remove marks still present.
I have my screen set quite dark at work, so here is a second darker pic for people with brighter set screens
At the top on my list for trade is Microsystems International eproms, but the trade does not need to be limited to white ceramic eproms
It can be made up of a couple of eproms in other packages _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
