PPC7448 HX1300NB frequency?

Hello,
We won PPC7448 HX1300NB Freescale CPUs last year:

I found in datasheets that PPC means a pilot production prototype, however, the same datasheet says that 1300 is an actual frequency of the CPU which contradicts with the information we had in ebay sale (1.167GHz). Was it a mistake or could a seller actually knew the real frequency (which was for some reason lower than defined in the markings)? Or maybe he meant 1267 MHz as there was an actual final product with this frequency. What do you think? Thanks.
