I recently won this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6763738688&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

It says PCPU3V90 on the top but the sSpec finder gives BP80502-90(SZ995). I didn't find similiar marking on some website. I guess it shouldn't be rare. Is it an early version Pentium?

ya, I am about to correct it.

it should be SZ951, which is also marked PCPU3V90, a similiar one is PCPU5V60. They look pretty normal but have odd sSpec and part name, more like overdives.

The PCPU series was what Intel used to designate retail boxed CPUs before the switched to the BP80... designation for it.
