Here is an interesting one.

Die and bottom of chip looks like a dothan core. (as well as production date of 2004)

Pinout though is socket M/478 and part number is that of Core Duo era

old topic.. but just in case you didnt find any info

Intel lists QCXJ as LF80539GE0362M which would make it a T2350 Core Duo
but in the CPU-World database it is listed as a Pentium M 750
but I wouldn't expect a B1 stepping Dothan to have a lead free part number

similar qSpecs may help

QCXI LF80539GA0000 YONAH Yes with Exemption
QCXJ LF80539GE0362M YONAH Yes with Exemption

There were two different QCXJ parts. Intel listed the second part before, but it was removed sometime in October 2007 - February 2008:

MM#: 865936
RoHS: Yes with Exemption
Core: YONAH
Part number: LF80536GE0362M
Package: FC-PGA6
Last update: 8/29/2007

I do keep small historical archive of S-Spec numbers Smile
