Hi
I want to know if you can pay via paypal using friend option.
I know some countries can but some other counties cannot.
I could pay using friend option once upon a time but now I cannot
find the option when doing payment 
Is that paypal policy for Chinese customers changed?

paypal does only allow a certain number of payments/receipts per month by friend option.
if you get to many.. they sometimes block that method payment for a while or permanently

is this sort of "not feed" transaction or ?
i have been with PP over 5 years, dont recall such option anywhere...
