I am putting up for auction my spare NOS 667MHz Timna socket 370S by best offer.
For those unaware of the Timna history, here is a little bit of history
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Timna/index.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Timna
Bids (in US$) will be by PM only and will run for 4 days from now.
The actual processor is pictured below and it is presently at AVICC
Payment by chip-pay or paypal
I have previously run an eBay like auction (where highest bidder paid only $1 above 2nd highest bidder), but this didnt not seem to be readilly accepted. So I am going the more accepted method of best offer.
On a side note, I have just realised that the pin count varies between the different Timna qSpecs
and the pin count actually varies from 368 to 369 pins _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Will you disclose the "current bid"? or is it a single-blind auction ?
bid strategy would be completely different |

i am working on a single-blind auction
if the highest bid is significantly higher than 2nd highest, I will split the difference as I dont feel it fair making buyer pay way above market value _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I just noticed the mark across the die and have confirmed with CPUShack that it is a hair from the trusty Avicc guard-dog Noel
and the die is free from any blemishes _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
