Maybe the price in RMB are in the same value, but the one in USD increased, as some powerful foreign government (e.g. US gov)strongly force Chinese Yuan increase in value in order to make benefit enoughly. now RMB had changed its value from 1USD-8 RMB to 1USD-6.5 USD, increase in value 3.5%-5% per year.... which make the market quite unstable....

I've been watching this seller for a couple months now. Am looking at his 266Mhz Pentiums but $30 each is simply more then I want to pay for them.
Btw, in Europe theres a seller selling the K6-3/400 ATZ's for like €6 or €7 each and has maybe hundreds in stock. I bought some last year, all were brand new.
