Hi.

I got an "Apple High Performance Processor Card Model 1100" (Apple Part Number 630-2564-A) here. I thought, it has a 350 MHz PowerPC 750 chip soldered on it but it has not. There is a 350 MHz PowerPC 760 chip from IBM soldered on the board. The part number of the chip really says: PPC760--BB-G3500...

I haven't found any information about this PowerPC variation. Does anyone has some specifications (caches, FSB, voltage and so on) on this chip?

Thanks a lot, Xaar.
