The top chip is an IBM 43F9750 but I have found no
information as to what it is or what it might have
come off of or out of. Confused

I don't get the "modified" part here. He claims that all three processors 80286, 68010 and 68020 are modified. What exactly is modified on these apart from proprietary markings, a common practice for big OEMs. Is this just another urban legend?

I think, that this are "normal" unmodified standard processors with IBM part numbers only.
