About year ago I was buying a lot of old transistors, mainly Tesla. Now I was going through them, sorting and measuring some. I focused on the TRnn series which I have more types than it seemed before.

They are various types, all are low power, small or larger metal can. Most of them have Motorola logo and if the number below type is date, some of them are from 1972. I tried several times at Google but can't find any info about them but surely there must be some catalog which lists them. I'll be happy if anyone can show me more data than I found with measuring them with simple semiconductor tester.

I have the following:

TR04 PNP Ge
TR05 NPN Si
TR16 NPN Si
TR17 NPN Si
TR26 NPN Si
TR31 PNP Si

Besides Motorola ones I have also from few other manufacturers. Tesla made five TRnn types, I probably have at least one of each but some doesn't have Tesla marking. The rest are various from TI, ITT and Sescosem if I matched their logos right. I can make photos later if you want.

This only appears to search for equivalent modern types, sometimes it doesn't even match well the package or type. I need information about the originals.

I think I found datasheet from one of the others but for most I can't find anything so I'm extending my information request for any of these types except the Tesla ones. For those I have this page from 1983 data book: http://katalogy.ic.cz/io0/210.gif The notes say the type numbers are temporary (they're outside Tesla numbering scheme), I wonder if these have anything in common with other TRnn types. Other, more detailed data book says it was used in Tesla 200 which was medium transistor computer. From the few articles about it I found it was build with foreign components at first but there was effort to develop own Tesla components for it (as with everything inside Eastern Bloc), so that makes sense.

I made two photos today, if I haven't forgot any it should show every of my TRnn types.

One last thing: I haven't found who could possibly made the TR07 which has RT marking at the first row. Thanks for any help.
