11/67 mil spec transistor

i've got following transistor yesterday and trying to see how much i could possible get for it at current market:
its size approximately of a US quarter (25cent coin) gold plated and pretty heavy for its size.

Very nice. This one was initially developed by Westinghouse (like many of the early power transistors):

Given this is from a second-source manufacturer, I'd guess it might go for $10-20 on ebay.
