AMD Athlon XP - Overclocking / BIOS help needed

Messed around with my BIOS (didn't know what I was doing) and now CPU is not running at full potential. I have attached screen dump of CPU-Z for CPU & main board for info.

I didn't run CPU-Z before tinkering so I don't know what the core speed was, but it was definitely quicker than what's showing now.

I've tried loads of BIOS combinations, only for boot up screen to show AMD Athlon 1250. The only combination I can get to show 2800+ on boot up is what I've got now (although I haven't tried them all).

So if anyone can help a noob like me - I'd be most grateful!

It looks like you have the correct stock settings for Athlon XP 2800+, 12.5 x 167 = 2083 MHz.

Usually the way these were overclocked was to decrease the multiplier (it's locked from increase) and then increase the FSB incrementally. For example, you could try multiplier 11.0, and gradually ramp the FSB up until you see signs of instability (or it won't boot). If it will reach as high as 200, that is equivalent to a Athlon XP 3200+, 11.0 x 200 = 2200 MHz.
