got your attention Laughing Laughing Laughing

I wonder how many collectors really know what their chips look like from the bottom.
I spend a considerable time noting the underside of chips for two reasons

1) database of die codes found on many cpus (helps with fakes)
2) so I can spot in a gold recovery lot something worth grabbing

the latest I spied was this
Can you work out what it will be?

here is the pic as it posted

anyone with insider knowledge.. let the others have fun

Well I'm pleased Smile

if scratches are metal scrapes.. I will use a weak acid to dissolve them
won't totally remove them.. but they won't show up in pictures
