How fast will these new upcoming 22nm trigate transistors be in CPU speeds? I've heard as fast as 10ghz. But more importantly, when the first set of the CPUs get launched, will they be at 10ghz or in lower speeds?

And can anyone link a detailed article about the supposed benefits and the real world benefits of trigate transistors?
