|
|
You may remember "Featuring your auction on CPU-World homepage" thread, where I offered to feature eBay auctions on CPU-World's home page. I added a way to post featured auctions on your own, without asking me. This should save me some time, and, hopefully, will make it more popular. Details are here (I updated the first post):
http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13950
Eventually, I will add a separate page with all featured auctions, and link it from forum.

I keep seeing the word AUCTION being used... but only ones up atm are BIN listings

"Auction" sounds better and is shorter than "BIN listing with Best Offer" Perhaps, I can change it to "Ebay listing", although not all listings are supported.

personally apart from your BIN listings.. I think the feature page should be only for auctions for other members
BIN listings if the price is at or below market price, will sell at some point during its listing period.
If the item doesn't sell.. it was either to highly priced or very poorly listed
I don't believe either of those scenarios will be of benefit to the feature page
Where as the feature page is ideal for auctions, so to increase potential customers and gain maximum market value.
Additionally members selling items at auction will have the incentive to make sure their auctions are listed concisely. _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I'm filling the void by those, and they will be gone once auctions for vintage chips are posted.
