I got a large lot of these in and after 2 weeks of sorting here is what I have
These are all Marvell processors, all with ARM cores with speeds from 312MHz up to around 1GHz
$4 each or you can have one of each (Now 26 parts) for $50
What are these processors?
The 88CP90x are Intel XScale ARM cores running at 312MHz that include Cellular baseband functions. They are made on a 130nm process
The 88CP930 PXA930 (codename Tavor-P) is the first of the Marvell Sheeva-PJ4 core, which is loosely based on the ARM Cortex-A8. Initial speeds were 624MHz-800MHz. They are made on a 65nm process
The 88CP935 PXA935 (codename Tavor-P65) is a shrink of the 930. It is made on a 45nm process (though some of the Eng Samples were 55nm) and increased speeds to 1GHz
The 88CP940 PXA940 has very little documentation It was used by some blackberry phones and has features similar to the PXA935. It is a 45nm design and runs 624-1000MHz
The 88CP950 PXA950 (codename Tavor-PV2 is closer in performance to a ARM11 and runs around 1-1.2GHz
The 88CP955 PXA955 (codename MG-1) is designed for and used in several tablets. It runs at around 1.2GHz
All of the 93x and 95x parts are a Tavor Tri-core architecture which means they can execute ARMv5TE v6 as well as v7 instruction sets.

No problem
With that, sets are now 26 pieces and $50 (all 88CP930s are sold out)
Thats ES processors for less then $2 each, hard to beat lol _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
